Complaint against Shah Rukh and Salman is dismissed by Delhi court: "Bigg Boss 9" case

New Delhi: Complaint filed against two Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan is recently dismissed by a Delhi Court. The case was filed against these bollywood actors for hurting the religious related sentiments by entering the temple set wearing shoes which was created for a shoot of a reality show 'Bigg Boss 9'.

The Tis Hazari court allowed advocate Gaurav Gulati, the complainant to submit the pre-summoning evidence on 14th October.In ATR which means an Action Taken Report, the police said that SRK and Salman were shooting at a temple set which was created in a studio for a reality show and this act had no intention to hurt the religious sentiments of anyone directly or indirectly.

  Initially advocate Gaurav Gulati lodged a complaint against Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, Colors Channel which telecasted the reality show, Director and Producers of Bigg Boss 9 . The section filed were 295A (acts intended to create outrage of religious related feelings), 298 (words to hurt religious feelings) and 34 (common intention) of IPC (Indian Penal Code).Gaurav also produced video in which Salman and SRK were seen with shoes wearing on while shooting for an episode of Bigg Boss 9. In this video idol can be seen in the background clearly.The complaint against these two khans was filed in the Roop Nagar Police Station , New Delhi.
