Dhoni's Charitable Foundation, Winning Ways one of the partners of this event to support the stalwart and injured service men and women of the US and the Indian Army. Rhiti Sports Management Ltd and IntraEdge are organized this event with the partnership of US's most prominent military and veterans charity service organization Wounded Warrior Project. Dhoni, who has the rank of honorary lieutenant colonel by the Indian Army expressed his elation being a participant of the team and said "Besides a great weekend of golf and camaraderie, it is the cause that we're supporting which is even greater".
